Responsibilities consists of staging ingredients, batching product, doing the controls making sure product is in spec. CIP’ing tanks and mix mods, doing hourly line checks making sure product is in spec along with other daily tasks.

Responsible for overseeing 5-6 individuals. We set up the line by hand from the filler, the rails, the capper, case packer, box machine and label. Had to set the printer with the correct time, date and product we were running. Had to do hourly checks on the weights, date code & raw materials until completion of run. Also responsible for maintaining cleanliness of work area.
