I've been an exterior carpenter for over 20 years now and what keeps me going is my attitude I try to keep a positive perspective. I find that if I look at a problem like I would a puzzle I don't feel overwhelmed and when im working if i try to be better at my job then I was yesterday and set a goal for myself the time goes by faster and my job has more meaning. and when the temperature outside is extremely cold or hot the only thing good or bad about it is how I react to it
