My first introduction to startups in the Bay Area began at Off the Grid. What started as a part-time job quickly evolved into supporting the operations of 30+ weekly food truck events across the Bay Area.
Through supervising our public events, I developed and fostered relationships with our vendor partners for long-term success, reported on and analyzed daily market operations, and worked closely with management on developing the Operations department's goals and best practices. I also trained, coached, developed, and provided performance feedback for operations staff.
On weekends, you can catch me at the Giants' stadium in what is arguably the coolest part-time job in the Bay Area. I help prepare the baseball field for games, drag the infield between innings, and meet a celebrity or two. Go Giants!
