- all of the converting machines would have waste that came off of the parent rolls, as well as finished rolls that were not up to quality standards.
- part of my job was to take all this waste and place it in specified bailer's depending on what type of paper was being used for that specific job
- i was responsible for giving breaks through the shift
- also i would help out on the machines when needed

- The product we produced, is called a P-Tac. this is basically an aluminum grill that is placed in a wall between the outer air-conditioning unit, and the inside of a hotel room.
- i thoroughly enjoyed learning an entirely new skill set when i began this job.
- this position required me to pay very close attention to the details involved in production of our product. the we were allotted about an 1/8 of an inch for error.

- towards the end of my time at Teen Challenge Super Thrift. i began assisting in the front of the store as well. i was responsible for the opening and closing of the store. handling the till, as well as deposits at the end of the day.
- this was an entirely new skill set which i excelled in and enjoyed until i began another job
