• Return to work station and manually aligned the sides boxes with the base and screws are inserted using air tools to hold in place
• Using air tools latches are placed on the top side of the box
• Using a hoist the gas tank is placed inside box for shipment
• Perform quality checks on seats, seat belts, fabrics and the strength of the calibration within the motor component
• Quality check for seat belts consist of reviewing color patterns for inaccuracies and strength test by hand
• Quality check on seat consist of reviewing consistency of color on the seat covers, functionality of gears are tested.
• Assists in setup and performance of various development, acceptance, and qualification test of transportation technology.
• Assists in the setup and operation of mechanical testing apparatus and equipment as instructed.

• Plots and summarizes test data; prepares statistical reports, charts and graphs, as directed. Prepares and maintains test logs, records and reports; records test data; participates in data reduction; prepares manufacturing specification outlines, illustrations and sketches.
• Receive work order and inspect materials ensuring the appropriate number of parts accompany the order request
• Return to work station and assemble the release / check valves according to the work order specification

Release / Check Valve assemble:

• Remove valve shell from bin
• Manually place clapper/ screw top inside valve shell
• Manually add lubricant oil to of valve shell
• Manually place closed valve on top of oil to lock in place
• Manually place grease valve on top of closed valve to ensure grease can pump through.
• Pump grease through valves until full
• Using a pipe the grease valve is closed
