-customer service and proper communication with pet parents (updates/report cards/remembering names/proper photos of pets/logging and reporting incidents)

-time management and completing many different tasks and activities in one shift and staying later if necessary to ensure EVERYTHING is taken care of and CLEAN

-emotional regulation and keeping a good attitude even when things don’t go well (working with over 40 dogs at once can be very stressful and eventful but I’ve become accustomed to chaos!)
