Learning the layout of the store
Prior experience in POG (planogram) for new items and different seasons
Match bin numbers to correctly stock items
Physical requirements
Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and up to 25 pounds of force frequently and up to 10
pounds of force constantly to move inventory and other objects
Communicating effectively with guest to make sure they find their needs and make their experience

Garden section requirements
Opening early morning by turning on fountains and lights

Receiving and unloading new plant orders and designating a place with nice appeal, also according to
their type such as annual and perennial, vegetables and fruits, shrubs and trees
