  • To educate our TEAM and track our “We Care” program.
  • Safety – I follow up on our Policies and SOPs to verify that we are OSHA compliant at all times. I track and document the “We Care” program to guarantee we are getting all of our “touches”. I tour the floor to look for exposures and PHI’s to eliminate the risk of a TM getting injured.
  • Onboarding – I talk to the new hires about safety and track their training documents. I follow up with them weekly to make them feel like they are a part of our TEAM.
  • Retention – Continually working on being the preferred employer. I started the weekly fruit and provide Tea and Coffee for the TM’s. This has been received very well from the TM’s and allows them to “feel at home” in our offices.
