- I volunteer for my church, Christ Church in Redding, Connecticut. Once a month, my grandfather and I go up to the church grounds and work on the nature preserve trail maintenance crew.
- We clear hiking paths in nature preserves in the community.
- As a confirmed member of the church, I enjoy giving back to my faith and helping my community, while spending quality time with my grandfather and other church volunteers.

- This past summer my sister and I flew out to Hot Springs, Montana, where we set up a woofing opportunity - volunteering, typically on a farm or ranch, to gain experience - with an up incoming 10000 acre regenerative bison ranch.
- For the whole month June I gained access to valuable information in a field that was completed uncustomary to me as I have never ranched or farmed.
- Each morning we would lay fence, walk the perimeter of the ranch, and push the bison to new fields.
