Directly responsible for the organization, coordination, and maintenance of credit and non-credit continuing education certificate programs offered within the Health Sciences Division. The continuing education healthcare training programs include but are not limited to credit and non-credit certified nursing assistant, phlebotomy, dental radiology, dental assistant, CPR Training, dialysis, and pharmacy technician.
Coordinates and supervises all necessary course pre-registrations, registrations, payments, student evaluations, course information, and files and records. Prepares periodic statistics, financial reports, and evaluation summaries. Recruits and advises potential students and prepares and submits reports for tracking and auditing purposes. Very active in working in collaboration with the marketing department in advertising for the CE programs. other responsibilities include payroll, handling of disciplinary issues, hiring of instructors, and assisting with the development of new programs, curricula, and syllabi.
