This 18 month program consisted of 3 different 6-8 month rotations within the Ralph Lauren Corporation. Worked on the Global Brand Marketing Team(8 months), the North America Wholesale Regional Marketing Team(6 months), and the Mens Polo Styling Team(6 months)
Mens Polo Styling Team
- Was a styling assistant on Ralph Lauren ecommerce photoshoots 2-3 times a week, where 30 looks are shot per shoot
- Style assisting included steaming and prepping clothes to be shot, conducting 'CTL' to ensure when products reached the RL website they could be displayed properly along helping the lead stylist execute the shoot
- Kept mens sets in the photo studio clean and maintained, along with organizing mens styling closet to ensure lead stylists could work effectively
- Reorganized their product catalog book to ensure items could be properly shot and simplified the styling process for freelancers by updated one of their preparation processes
North America Wholesale Regional Marketing Team
- Kept broader team educated on relevant news within the mens fashion industry along with upcoming Ralph Lauren Marketing Activations through weekly updates.
- Emphasis Research points to share with broader team and ELT

- Supported the NA Wholesale team through brainstorming and executing regional marketing activations with wholesale partners
