  • Fractional Chief Operating Officer for Myrtle Beach Downtown Alliance (2021–2024), I provided strategic operational leadership and organizational oversight, driving process improvement, resource optimization, and sustainable growth. I collaborated with local government officials and community leaders to advance downtown revitalization initiatives and strengthen public–private partnerships. My responsibilities included developing and managing HR systems and policies, overseeing staff development, and ensuring operational efficiency.   • Since 2007, I have served in multiple leadership roles—including Campaign Manager, Fundraising Consultant, and State Political Director—for high-profile political campaigns across several states. My experience includes managing strategy, fundraising, field operations, and voter engagement for candidates such as President Barack Obama, Stacey Abrams, Marguerite Willis, Gloria Tinubu, David Trone, Angela Alsobrooks, Tulsi Gabbard, Tom Steyer, and Dr. Stephanie Pasley, just to name a few.
