Responsible for daily E&I/Operations Troubleshooting. Responsible for overseeing 10+ Eastman capital projects, smaller projects for B-253 powerhouse and responsible for water quality monitoring equipment.

Coordinate contractor work including proper safety protocols, lockout/tagout and energized work permits. Served as the MOC (Management of Change) Co-Ordinator for B-253, verifying all changes are documented on drawings and procedures. Developed several interlock checks for newly installed electrical equipment.

Responsible for daily work and shutdown planning for Power distribution groups. Coordinate capital work and update electrical drawings as needed, maintain accurate equipment information.

• Improved distribution efficiency by optimizing supply chain processes and implementing strategic planning initiatives.

Responsible for maintenance and repair of the high voltage equipment (480V and up) Led teams in installation, troubleshooting and check-out for many projects during this time including substations, 15 KV switchgear, medium voltage motor installations.

• Inspected and tested equipment to locate worn and damaged parts.
• Replaced damaged, missing, or defective parts with new and refurbished components.
• Performed diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures to find and identify root causes of mechanical issues.
