After the acquisition of one of my former competitors, I have been brought in to completely reorganize all aspects of the business. This includes the modernization of the existing product lines, service department, sales, and go-to-market strategy, and increasing revenues year over year to $100 million within the next three years globally. This team works internationally across North and South America, Australia, Europe, and Africa. As part of this top to bottom cleanup, all aspects of the business are being evaluated to streamline processes, increase efficiencies with the end goal of having substantially increased gross and net margins on the business.

Responsible for the development and execution of Duos' growth strategy to develop new business in the fast-changing technology space. This includes leading strategy development, marketing, lead generation, sales, proposals, and contracts. Also, directly managed mergers and acquisitions, and partnership opportunities to grow the business and expand.
In this role, and prior to our uplisting to NASDAQ, I served as a strategic advisor on critical operational issues impacting overall strategy. This included directing daily operations across all departments for strategic alignment. Other responsibilities included:

In this role, there was substantial interaction with customers and vendors, and direct budget responsibility for the overall organization. The constructed team consisted of a single representative and specialist from each internal team to properly align and evolve as a company.
Starting with Environmental Capital Holdings, Duos Technologies was spun off from a subsidiary to a standalone, privately held organization. Along with the existing CEO, I was a founding employee and partner for this effort. With an initial workforce of seven employees, we grew the organization to over 120 employees, operating in North America, Europe, and the Middle East.
