· Interim management of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) team, providing strategic guidance & direction along with team leadership
· Drive DEI activities throughout Sales and Marketing organization (i.e. DEI Field Tool Kit) supporting field employees through customized solutions addressing specific working conditions in the field, work with cross-functional partners on the topic to harmonize efforts
