  • Designed and provided consultative support for a Nuclear Executive team to enhance leader effectiveness and cross functional collaboration. This program involved creation of customized leader competencies, and an associated multi-rater feedback metric to assess progress in reaching behavioral targets, resulting in measurable survey improvement.
  • Provided consultative support for a site-wide recovery process mandated by an industry regulator. Spearheaded methods to identify and track leader transition competencies, and operationalize behavior change through leadership planning and development initiatives.
