Architectural building as follows: cleaning, stocking, moping and sanitizing of the restrooms, removing trash in corridors, offices and class rooms which includes the maintenance of floors, carpet care and various sanitizing and cleaning of office and classroom furnishings {tables, chairs, dry erase boards, walls, various fixtures glass doors and widows} as necessary fill in and perform similar duties in other buildings for team members that have taken time off. There are also weekly projects required as part of our maintenance schedule, including operating floor scrubbing and burnishing equipment as needed to maintain floor sheen and cleanliness, as well as carpet maintenance assigned by the supervisor.

By assignment of my supervisor, Marshall Hayes, I have completed the UOA chemical cleaning and uses course, which includes the proper use and mix ratios of the various chemicals used to perform daily and special maintenance of our buildings. I have also been trained in the use of many of the floor care equipment used to maintain, repair, and refinish floors. Auto scrubbers, top scrubbers, side-by-sides, and floor finishing equipment.
