Experience a wide range of positions from production line workers to supervisors to managers.

Process is that

Transfer the raw materials made of cast iron by using a robot.

Automatically process with 2axis hassapp cnc machine

Then, follow the automation conveyor

Perform surface grinding with Daisho grinding machine for flatness(run out / dtv)

The most important element of the brake disc is the run out / dtv value.

After that every parts get measuring with automatic measuring equipment for flatness.

The main job was production(keep good working condition , training worker, line improvement) and The secondary role is to find and maintain problems with automation systems

I have Siemens sinumeric system and Fanuc robot control skill.

Also I have a strong sense of responsibility and Excellent job surveillance
