Following God's call, I have devoted my life to Christian service particularly in the contexts of congregational, educational, and chaplaincy ministry. My two passions, investing in the lives of diverse peoples, are education leading to transformation and serving as a listening and healing presence for persons facing the most difficult challenges of their lives. Often, God has provided opportunities for these two passions to intersect. My hope and desire in applying for an adjunct online teaching position is to continue to prepare women and men pursuing a call to Christian service by expanding their knowledge base as well as sensitizing them to the dire need for compassionate ministry in a broken and chaotic world.
