Long days at sea my crew and I would catch fish and sell to local restaurants ensuring quality of fish and knowledge of the Hawaiian waters

Bartender at lava lava beach club the busiest restaurant on the big island of Hawaii.

Covers per day on average from 800-1200

Busy season 1200+.

I became the lead bartender I mostly worked the service well to keep up with demand of the 10+ servers per shift

Shift hours were from 10am - 8pm sometimes later depending on how busy we were.

If we were short a bartender I’d personally have to run a 24 seat bar top and the service well. with a positive attitude greeting customers and explaining food items and drinks throughly.

The restaurant was known for Maitais, margaritas and lava flows. With a specialty drink menu
