Grub land with a minimum requirement of 1 acre per day and averaged 2.5 acres a day on 20 ton machine windrowing the material as I went. Strip sites, rough grade pads and cut in roads to sub grade, assist other operators in digging ponds, soil exchanges in green space, maintain haul roads for multiple off-road trucks, horizontal directional drilling, weld the casing pipe for drilling, lay water pipe and tie into water mains, chase curb behind motor grader, plate tamp edges of curb, proof rolls with triaxles/offroad trucks, excavate top soil and overburden at Pit to expose good sand fill material, throw sand fill material up to be loaded into triaxles. Load triaxles, maintain roads.

Lay storm drain and outfalls in ponds, lay sewage drain to grade, mud boxes, and set lids to grade. Lay water pipe and tie into water mains. Stripping the site down to good fill dirt, soil exchanges in greenspace, excavate buried debris and trash and replace with stabile fill material. Stockpile base material for roads, lay down base material for roads, dig temporary retention pond, assist other operators in digging a pond, track in pond slopes. Forestry mulch right away with excavator.
