I am currently a student at Marion Technical college and I will be graduating on May 10th with 2 associate degrees. One in Medical Laboratory Technology and one in general science. I have extensive experience as an STNA and have gained valuable skills in patient care and patient interaction. While I may not have direct laboratory experience, my role as a Nursing Assistant has provided me with valuable patient care skills and an understanding of the healthcare environment, emphasizing the importance of accuracy, empathy, and teamwork. I have proficiency in computer technology that equips me with the ability to quickly adapt to new laboratory information systems and utilize modern equipment efficiently. Additionally, my minor leadership experience as the captain of my college's esports team and division leader in The Navy has honed my ability to lead, collaborate effectively with diverse teams, and manage tasks under tight deadlines. This unique blend of scientific knowledge, technical proficiency, and leadership skills makes me a versatile and valuable candidate for this position.
