Wyatt Parsons

During my time as a Line Technician working at the Meadows Field Airport in Bakersfield, CA I was assigned an AOA (Airport Operations Area) badge which allowed me to have exclusive access to the gated airport boundaries in order to complete my assigned duties. Some of the various tasks I would do daily include refueling and cleaning airplanes, organizing the contents of the airplane hanger, changing the oil of airplanes, and assisting pilots and passengers with any additional needs such as aiding in carrying luggage and so on.

My time working as a facilities assist at Valley Baptist Church was very hands on and there was never a dull moment. I gained so much amazing experience by being assigned tasks such as Janitorial duties like cleaning bathrooms and moping floors to washing vehicles and even to assisting in setting up for large events and aiding to build new developments on campus such as playgrounds and more. All the while being surrounded by a great community and helping all ages from young children to elderly guests.

Being a Warehouse Technician with Broken Drum Installation I gained experience in operating forklifts, loading shipment trucks, handling installation, cleaning out the entire warehouse by doing tasks such as moping,sweeping and organizing. I also was present for a huge move from one warehouse to an entire separate warehouse and in this process I assisted heavily in moving all of the contents from one location to another.
