I've got a 99% success rate with my business, I've been working with and repairing electronics since I was a child.

My customers are almost always satisfied with the job done, anytime they haven't initially been happy, I've been able to work out a solution for them that have turned the situation around.

I've driven through snow, storms, day or night, long distances, longer hours, and tough terrain for all varieties of work. AC units, 120v AC/12v DC systems, furnaces, water heaters, etc. I've worked on practically everything inside of an RV and always apply pragmatic and straightforward ways of thinking to quickly diagnose problems and provide solutions.

Outside of running my business, I'm a very dedicated, vigilant, hard worker. I've got good nerve and sense of professionalism that goes beyond the phone call. I learn very quickly and need little direction once I've learned. I'm adaptable, quick to ask questions and take in new information. I'm incredibly patient with tasks while still being easily able to keep up with a steady workflow. Physically speaking, I'm just as capable. I used to power lift casually.
