- Working in-house under Pemex Coordinator/MTL performing daily P.M.'s and emergency work orders that occur through out the day.
- Use of multiple test equipment in the I/E shop and in the field to perform the daily P.M. calibrations with: process meters, hand pumps, pneumatic air/nitrogen pumps, decade box, shop bench calbration station, Hart, Trex, Honeywell STS103 Communicators, and calibrate radar level transmitters.
- Perform troubleshooting on 24VDC and 120VAC on a variety of signal, control loop wiring, and PLC and DCS equipment in the field and in the I/O rooms throughout the facility.
- Calibrate and function test transmitters, valves, and instrument control devices in the field, and verify with the board operator the correct feedbacks including, high and low ranges, zeros, open and closes, alarms set points, interlocks, and loop communication.
- Log daily work orders which include, P.M. procedures, calibration sheets, NCR reports, and turn over notes in the plant data base.
- Perform SIS audits for compliance with USCG regulations.

- Troubleshoot and fix scheduled and un-scheduled I/E work orders and E-tickets that are issues on a daily basis.
- Change out and repair damaged plant instrumentation, valves, switches, relays, compressor control and monitoring devices, solenoids, and low voltage equipment.

- Performed Thermocouple and RTD burn outs in both units, and simulated temperatures once the devices were re-installed in the field.
- 5 point checked new and existing valves, and documented open and closed times with operations.
- Field calibrated instrumentation in the field that did not fall within spec ranges, using Fluke 789, Hart Communicator, and High and Low pressure hand pumps.
- Performed final point to points with operations, and sold off 2000 plus loops.
