Starting from a young age my family pushed me into tennis to get me into a sport, at first it was unenjoyable and boring but the more I began to get more emersed into the sport I found it to be very comforting and therapeutic. I recently began bonsai gardening due to my mothers recent obsession with nature and gardening. Lastly music is extremely comforting and a way for me to be able to connect to others on a personal level.
I began tennis at a young age because my family pushed me into sports, at first I thought of it as unenjoyable and boring but as I started to get more emersed into the sport it became comforting and therapeutic for me. I recently began gardening because of my mothers recent obsession with the hobby and it started to grow on me too. Lastly I listen to music everyday because it soothes the nerves and allows me try new songs everyday and gives me something to connect to others on a personal basis.
