Throughout my athletic career have faced numerous health setbacks that tested my resilience and determination. I have torn my ACL twice and always seem to find a way to comeback better. Each setback not only challenged my physical capabilities but also impacted my mental strength . These experiences have taught me the importance of patience, perseverance, and fortitude. These outcomes have greatly impacted my perspective on the sport, fostering a great appreciation for the recovery process and highlighting the importance of staying positive despite challenges.
