I worked on a farm 6 or 7 days out of the week 8-14 hour shifts. I had to work with 4 people doing all the farming needs. I also had to deal with different people getting parts and other things. I was a bagger at Hess pumice working 5 days a week while attending school. Now I work 40 or more hours a week full time. I know how to be a team player and I also know about safety and protocols. I am a hard worker that will accomplish any task given to me.
Material handler for the melt shop. We put all the different materials in hoppers and also get other materials ready for use. We also clean up the melt shop area.
I've learned how to run forklifts, bagging systems, and filling out work order weight sheets. I had to train new employees.
I learned about welding and fabricating steel on pivots, equipment, heavy machinery, our pallet operation, and water pipes. I learned hydraulics on heavy machinery, equipment, and pivots. I learned how to do maintenance on 10 wheelers, tractors, skidsteers, back hoes, and pivots. I also learned about water and main lines and pressures. I loaded 18 wheelers with sod every day. I know how to run skid steers, tractors, back hoes, and 10 wheelers.

undefinedI was in auto mechanics for 4 years of High School. We learned about gas engines, diesel engines, and electric engines. I learned wiring and maintenance of vehicles. I had to do a safety course every year called SP2. We had to learn about OSHA protocols and safety in a shop. I was the auto mechanics president for 2 years. I have an extra charter school diploma for being in auto mechanics.
