Xavier Crosthwaite

I volunteer at church almost every other week.

• I helped coordinate the Kuna community food drive, which collects food for the homeless population.
• I help with special services, such as Christmas, Easter, and much of Holy Week.
• I help with AV for my local church.

I work as a childcare worker:

• I work with kids who's age ranges from 3 to 11 years old.
• I am often assigned to up to 12 kids at a time, and I am responsible for those kids for my entire shift.
• I support a diverse group of kids that came from a range of different families and cultures.
• I often work with kids that are in special needs programs and I am often able to bound with them.
• I establish a commanding yet loving tone that provides authority and gentleness that allows me to connect with kids even in a chaotic environment.
