• Assisting management in training, motivating, and coaching team members, and serving as an effective

• Providing all guests (groups) with friendly, reliable, and efficient customer service.
• Verify and collect guest payments and identification, ensuring all procedures are followed to protect
sensitive guest information including identity and credit card information.
• Serving as Manager on Duty when General Manager and Director of Operations aren’t present.
• Resolving guest complaints, property discrepancies, and various issues that can occur while on
property.
