Looking to transition into a security based role after completing a B.S in Computer Science and acquiring the Practical Junior Penetration Tester (PJPT) certification, demonstrating proficiency in Internal Penetration Testing. Currently pursuing the Practical Network Penetration Tester certification which will demonstrate proficiency with all aspects of an external penetration test. I am looking to blend the skills gained as a professional health care worker into my new career in Cybersecurity. I am a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with a proven track record as a healthcare professional for 15+ years, working in this industry helped me develop skills that allowed me to sharpen my eye for detail, foster my creative ability, as well as enhance my ability to problem solve. I aim to carry over my strict adherence, with regard to HIPAA, in helping companies protect Personally Identifiable Information and assets in the near future.
