  • Responsibility includes performing and executing tasks to process and any associated documentation.
  • Build medical device products in clean room environment.
  • Understanding- Line clearance, GDP, TRS, MES, 5S, CI, standard manufacturing procedure, operation training, Traceability.
  • Inspect parts under microscope ,Evocam, Ring light (Magnified) and visually. Packaging parts in seal plastic or tubes.
  • Building products such as Map&Ablate, NoseCone, Innova Middle, Innova Outer, Epic.
  • Building SWR project to Commercial such as Fortitude, Saval, Axios, Flush Lumen, and Farawave. Working and communicating with Engineers on special builds with different material and following instruction on paperwork.
  • Knowledge and understanding in Visual standards as in Pit/void, Exposed braid, FM, Surface defect, etc. What causes it, how to prevent it.
  • Tools and Equipment- Point and Click Measurement System, Laserlinc (Scanning Laser 3-Axis Micrometer) HLS ( Heated Liner Stretch) Hand stretching if HLS is ever down, Ping Gauge, Ruler, Caliber, Reflow Oven, cut to length equipments.
  • Training new associates to the current process of what we build on the line and to understand MES better.
  • Work with team and Communicating with Supervisor, PD, PC, Engineer, Tech, Quality, and MDS for production improvements and how to improve the flow of the line for a better constraints and reduce scraps to achieve goals and objectives.

  • Extrusion: Coil Winding and Coil Trimming.
  • Introducer: Molding dilators, molding PTFE sheath and grind & thermoform PTFE sheath to certain wall thickness.
