• Responsibility includes performing and executing tasks to process and any associated documentation.
• Build medical device products in clean room environment.
• Understanding- Line clearance, GDP, TRS, MES, 5S, CI, standard manufacturing procedure, operation training, Traceability.
• Inspect parts under microscope ,Evocam, Ring light (Magnified) and visually. Packaging parts in seal plastic or tubes.
• Building products such as Map&Ablate, NoseCone, Innova Middle, Innova Outer, Epic.
• Building SWR project to Commercial such as Fortitude, Saval, Axios, Flush Lumen, and Farawave. Working and communicating with Engineers on special builds with different material and following instruction on paperwork.
• Knowledge and understanding in Visual standards as in Pit/void, Exposed braid, FM, Surface defect, etc. What causes it, how to prevent it.
• Tools and Equipment- Point and Click Measurement System, Laserlinc (Scanning Laser 3-Axis Micrometer) HLS ( Heated Liner Stretch) Hand stretching if HLS is ever down, Ping Gauge, Ruler, Caliber, Reflow Oven, cut to length equipments.
• Training new associates to the current process of what we build on the line and to understand MES better.
• Work with team and Communicating with Supervisor, PD, PC, Engineer, Tech, Quality, and MDS for production improvements and how to improve the flow of the line for a better constraints and reduce scraps to achieve goals and objectives.

• Line Clearance: Making sure no materials from previous batch is on the table and that line is clear to continue a new batch of work.
• Innova, line 3: Building Outer’s, Middles and Epic products. Hand Stretching PTFE, Braiding Station, Braid Assembly, Load PET, Tack Station 1&2, Braid Stretching.
• Quality System: Safety, Communication, Compliance, and Good Business Sense.
• Train in GDP/TRS/MES: Good Documentation Practice, Training Record System, Manufacturing Execution System.

• Line Lead: Lead team to understand line capacity, flow of operation, products and constrains. Torque Shaft, EV3 (refresh, sliver hawk and turbo hawk).
• Trainer: Responsible for training new associates to manufacturing process.
• Steerable & Catheters we build on 1st Shift: EV3, BSC, BWI, Cook Polymer, St. Jude, Medtronic, Bard, Siemen, Spectranetic, Stryker, Invatec, Aspiration Lumen Catheters, Vascular Solution, Mixed Models and Connector Pins.
• Performed various dimensional inspections using specific calibrated gages or calipers.
• Performed visual inspections with or without the use of microscope.
• Worked with engineers and R&D technicians to train associates how to read blue prints drawing and on prototype engineering catheters.
• Build sub assemblies of medical device products (cardio catheters).
• Excellent attention to detail and uncommon ability to complete essential duties and responsibilities in an efficient and timely manner.
• Flexible to changing routines, priorities, job conditions, to work overtime or on Saturdays/Sundays if and when the job situation requires.
• Followed work instructions and manufacturing process instructions in performing standard tasks such as component installation on sub assemblies.
• Follow process producing quality products to exceed customer expectations.
• Moving processed materials from work stations to appropriate staging area.
• Line clearance: at no time should the remaining materials be left on the production floor to be used for the next WO.
• Extrusion: Coil Winding and Coil Trimming.
• Introducer: Molding dilators, molding PTFE sheath and grind & thermoform PTFE sheath to certain wall thickness.

• Final Quality Inspector, Final Tester (testing part units by making sure they pass or fail. Whether it's a phone product or a electronic devices.

• Crossed trained in refurbished (Cleaning business phones and other electronic devices.)
