Overview... Served as solo Events Manager for a research institute housed at Harvard Law School focused on social media, digital law, and the Internet. Directed and managed a diverse portfolio of event formats addressing the specific interests of global participants and key stakeholders, leveraging organizational priorities and visibility.

  • Established, documented, and communicated event production processes and workflows to all staff and collaborators.
  • Developed workflows and AV for a state-of-the-art multipurpose room, including accessibility services, media production, and hybrid events.

Overview... Held numerous positions at nationally award-winning and recognized public access TV station with operating budget of $1M. Experienced rapid growth due to professional and creative abilities. Ran a unique youth employment program where teens gained media production and literacy skills.

  • Directed successful fundraising campaigns and grants in FY22, FY21, and FY20, acquiring over $100K in funding to support 50-75 teenagers per academic year.
  • Ensured proper allocation and utilization of grants according to stipulations.
  • Researched, budgeted, and deployed a fleet of technology bundles during the COVID-19 crisis to prevent a lapse in services.
  • Oversaw the production of over 100 films and other special video projects during my tenure.
  • Established a lasting and sustainable programmatic framework for the youth employment program still used to this day.
  • Responsible for the delivery and management of video projects on multiple streaming platforms and websites for diverse target audiences.
  • Recruited, trained, and supervised a team of media professionals supporting the youth employment program.
  • Spearheaded the development of immersive media technology programming, including AR/VR, and 360° filmmaking, receiving two national awards from the Alliance for Community Media (ACM) for related projects.
