• Established contact and information lists of potential clients for a financial advisor.
• Screened good attorneys, associates, and partners to provide partners.
• Preliminary screening of recent graduates and outstanding alumni in the US (especially in New York), demonstrating the firm's recruitment and support to complete initial interviews.
• Established tasks that should be done by other internsfor next week and check other interns' work progress.
• Represented supervisors on Handshake, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and Equitable intranet sites to recruit candidates and target agents.
• Performed supervisors with weekly Excel of basic information on new attorneys and starters.
