During my time at Paint Denver, I completed various roles for various positions. I managed all lead platforms which included Houzz, Yelp, Nextdoor, Google Business, BNI, DMAR, SMDRA, and BBB referrals. I took various kinds of phone calls everyday whether it be for an appointment for an estimate, scheduling a project, or simply asking questions regarding paint. I created various spreadsheets for the company and assisted in data entry into the CRM system. I managed the schedule for our sales team as I was the person setting up appointments (3-4 daily per salesperson). I also assisted in scheduling project start dates and relayed information such as color codes, lock box codes, entry directions etc to our crews. I submitted payments for our crews which consisted of checking material costs, double checking the final price, and checking man day rates.
As a waitress/bartender at Indian Hills Golf Course I served lunch and dinner to 50+ customers daily and accommodated as needed to ensure they had the best experience and service possible. I memorized over 20 items on menu to serve customers accordingly based on what they were wanting to eat/drink. During COVID, I maintained strict cleanliness and social distance policies to keep both myself and our customers safe and healthy. I also assisted in organizing inventory whether it be in the kitchen or in the liquor cabinet.
During my time at the housing authority I helped manage 2 properties in the town of Yuma and the Section 8 Housing Vouchers for Northeastern Colorado. I helped file applications for Section 8, CHFA for the Villa Townhomes and for the YHA. My day to day duties included running deposits to the bank, updated spreadsheets daily for rent intake, answering phone calls, intake information for yearly recertification, Quickbooks data entry, and assisting in tenant needs. I also helped the maintenance crew with painting new units at both properties, mowing the lawn at both properties, shoveling snow as needed, and helping with the two community gardens for the tenants. Finally, I would help tenants with personal business such as setting up doctors appointments, light house keeping on weekends, and helping them with grocery shopping.
