- Project: Analysis of Chinese Reviews Based on Machine Learning and Traditional Statistical Methods-A Case Study of Sentimental Analysis Based on Restaurant Reviews on Dianping APP
- Responsible for collecting 13,170 random reviews from 26 randomly chose restaurants.
- Responsible for data preprocessing, using Python to remove data null values, using Python library to replace all emoji with unique text codes, remove duplicate sentences and retain main text, troubleshoot and remove all non-Chinese reviews.
- Responsible for data visualization, presenting text information in various ways such as pie charts, box plots, violin charts with Python.
- Use visualization results to detect presence of biased reviews.
- Use TF-IDF (term frequency–inverse document frequency) to detect text similarity and exclude texts with high similarity (biased reviews).
- Summarize above work into a report of 3000+ words and present it as 20+ minutes lecture.

- Record rank results and use Python to transform them into a data set that can be processed by the Reward Model.
- Visualize training curve of Reward Model.
- Result: A satisfactory training curve for Reward Model was obtained, proving that work of HF is effective.
