Carry out individualized treatment plans designed by BCBAs for children with Autism age 2-11;

During sessions, I collect and record data about the targeted behaviors, skill acquisition, and progress to help supervisors evaluate treatment effectiveness;
Use approved, ethical behavior management strategies to reduce unsafe or disruptive behaviors;
Adhere to the BACB Ethics Code, maintain client confidentiality, and practice within the scope of RBT certification.
Participate in required supervision, ongoing training, and professional development to maintain certification.

Introduce Chinese language and culture to the young learners age 3-5 in a playful and nurturing environment;

We focus on developing listening and speaking skills through songs, stories, games, and hands-on activities, in order to help children foster a love for Mandarin Chinese by making learning fun, interactive, and developmentally appropriate at an early age.
Help students explore basic vocabulary such as simple greetings, numbers, colors, animals, and family members;

Gently introduce cultural elements through celebrations, crafts, and music related to Chinese festivals and traditions.

I provided one-on-one English language lessons to students ages 6-15 with the focus on listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills;

Designed and delivered personalized and developmentally appropriate lessons according to students’ age, language level, and learning needs;

Assisted older students with academical English learning, including reading comprehension, writing skills, and classroom language needed for school and language exams.

I was responsible for operating and maintaining the smooth and safe function of elevators that transport people between floors in buildings;

Assisted guests with locating meeting rooms and dining facilities.
