• Conducted 50-minute individual and couples therapy with about 20 clients weekly in English and Mandarin Chinese for a diverse population including BIPOC adults, medical professionals, immigrants, international students, low-income adults, inter-cultural couples, and LGBTQ+ adults with presenting issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment issues, work and school stress, low self-esteem, neurodivergence, suicidal ideation and/or history, and relationship and intimacy issues
• Utilized an integrative approach of psychodynamic therapy, person-centered therapy, risk assessment, trauma psychoeducation, EFT, CBT, ACT, Gottman therapy, mindfulness, ADHD management, and IFS
• Completed and updated (as needed) intake, diagnosis, assessment, progress note, treatment plan, and discharge summary in the EHR system
• Presented and actively participated in 1-hour biweekly group and individual supervision to receive support in clinical work and further develop clinical knowledge
• Participated in external training on modalities such as Gottman Methods, ADHD treatment, EFT, IFS, and CBT.

• Conducted 50-minute individual adult and couples therapy with about 10 clients weekly for concerns including depression, anxiety, racial identity, gender identity, discrimination, trauma, suicidal ideation and/or past attempts, relational issues, sleep concerns, and work-life balance
• Presented cases in weekly individual and group supervision to receive support and applied feedback in clinical work
• Utilized an integrative approach of psychodynamic theory, CBT, person-centered therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care based on clients' needs
• Completed diagnosis, intake, progress note, assessment, and treatment plan following therapy sessions in the EHR system.

• Prepared and updated lecture materials according to DSM-5-TR for 3 hours a week
• Acted as the chair of the student committee and led 7 volunteers for Capstone, an academic conference with about 80 attendees
• Assisted a faculty member with hosting the event, recruiting volunteers, and completing administrative work.

• Conducted 45-minute individual adult therapy with 4 clients to aid in school stress, relational issues, self-esteem, anxiety, and depression, to ultimately improve quality of life
• Presented selected time stamps of session recordings to clinical supervisor for 1.5 hours weekly
• Participated in Reflective Practitioner Supervision for 2 hours weekly to reflect on the role as a therapist-in-training
• Applied clinical techniques and feedback in therapy sessions such as empathic understanding, goal-setting, and therapist's awareness

• Acted as a program mentor to co-lead two 10-day service trips for 7 and 14 high school students to rural parts of China with a team of 2-3 other colleagues

• Conceptualized, taught, and implemented a process for improving mental health resilience education for children who were left-behind in Zhaoqing, Guangdong

• Conducted mentor sessions every other day with 3-4 high school students to check in with their mental wellbeing

• Co-led an 8-day online autism awareness campaign with 1 colleague for 3 high school and 1 college students to construct an autism awareness campaign

• Acted as an online research mentor to help 4 high school students with researching how media impacted LGBTQ+ mental health in China for the China Thinks Big global competition

• Ensured a feeling of safety and engagement for girls from refugee or newly migrant families that resulted in a positive environment
• Planned, supported and led extracurricular activities and educational workshops for groups of 6 to 20
• Researched local mental health resources and created a directory for young people’s referrals
• Entered paper-based data into Excel spreadsheets for 150 members
