I am organized and a dependable person. I am good at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. I As well as having willingness to take on added responsibilities to meet goals. I love working hard and I am experienced in training and developing strong athletes. I am knowledgeable about correct techniques, safety requirements and coaching strategies. I want to try and pursue a profession in Kinesiology or nutrition.
I enjoy working out and lifting weights. I use working out to channel any anger, or even stress to help me feel better. As well as use working out and lifting to help me with any injury I might have or obtain. Working out has many benefits in my life, just as simple as getting me healthy, and clearing my head for the next day to be at my full potential.
