- Conducted industry research combining qualitative and quantitative methods : qualitatively, carried out desk research and interviewed multiple executives and frontline staff from major heavy-duty truck manufacturers , analyzing engine technology development across diesel, hydrogen, and electric powertrains to identify entry barriers and competitive advantages; quantitatively, built a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) model using data from secondary-market platforms and government sources to compare lifecycle costs, identify key risks, and deliver actionable insights.
- Conducted company research on CFMOTO : externally, analyzed macro policies and industry positioning to evaluate its competitive advantages and strategic barriers; internally, compared technical specifications, product portfolios, marketing channels, and customer segments against core competitors to identify growth opportunities. Performed in-depth analysis of its financials and organizational structure, assessing resilience through industry cycles and feasibility of a second growth curve. Delivered a 20+ page equity research report.
- Independently completed financial statement reviews of 14 listed automotive and component companies : analyzed anomalies by linking financial metrics with business structures, forecasted trends, and assessed profitability and stability. Integrated findings from industry and company research to interpret changes in financial indicators, evaluate business sustainability, and predict future development directions based on product mix and sales channels.
