• Certify the welding procedure specification, Certify the welder/welding operator; keep the welding qualification system maintained. Maintain the 6 -month re-certification record for welders.
• Execute the quality verification requirements of CFSI(Counterfeit, fraudulent and suspect item) for certain projects.

• • Led the root cause analysis across-functional teams to drive propulsion hardware & software issues from open to closure, including the phases of Root Cause, Solution, Implementation, and Feedback.
• • Monitored problem-solving metrics in a time-critical manner; changed the metric performance from red to green after the first 6 months of taking over the job and kept it for the next 5 years.
• • Analyzed problem-solving data to release the weekly report to stakeholders, identified risk and accomplishment trends in data; ensured information was transparent and risks were concisely identified.
• • Hosted the issue-review meeting with engineering and management teams; projected the spotlight on the hot issues, allocated the resources cross-functionally, made decisions on ambiguity, and adjusted plans to the feedback.
• • As the internal auditor, drove the corrective actions implemented across multi-functional teams.
• • Collected information from different teams and scoped changes to existing workflows; worked with GM IT to upgrade the framework.
• • Trained different functional teams with a different emphasis to implement enhancements.
• • Efficiently implemented the Safety Tether upgrade across the whole company (2000 active users) in half a month after the urgent GM ignition switch event.

• Scoped the features and scheduled the roadmap; designed the prototype model of the product and simulated the performance.

• The new exhaust system I developed for HAWTAI MOTOR turned out to be more refined acoustic performance than the benchmarks successfully.
