With my Telecommunications skills, sales and Customer Service, I have become a great employer to which costumers quickly feel comfortable around. With this experience I am able to have all of my costumers trust and comfortable to know I will do all that is possible to do as needed. Alta has gotten me to become very fluent and fast passed with my work. I read my script in both English and Spanish fluently and helped my callers with all the help needed. And this has come with me a long way, all I do is to the best of my efforts and well done.
