I’d install different kinds of equipment such as trailer doors, and tools like ratchet bars, chain hoists/come-alongs, and ratchet straps. Lvl A Repair Technician
Greenbrier Rail Svc-Finley
11.2024 - 07.2025
I would service and maintenance old Freight, Reefer, Center-Beam, Hopper, and Tank Rail cars. Here were some basic things which may vary from each rail car that I did as a part of my job. I would start by placing the rail car onto jackstands. Then, using a forklift and hydraulic piston, I would then remove and install the coupler and draft gears, step by step. I welded and fabricated for trains daily in inclement weather conditions. I dissembled and replaced the trucks and suspension with brand new parts. Working with trains can be dangerous, and that means it’s important to always follow and maintain the proper safety precautions. Skilled with power tools, pneumatic air tools, and hand tools.
Warehouse Worker
lineage logistics
12.2023 - 03.2024
I am certified to operate both stand-up and sit-down forklifts. I am proficient in RF-scanner use. I primarily work in their frigid freezers where we store product. I’m in charge of shagging pallets off the pick center where I would relocate them or use them to replenish our cold storage on the racks. Another responsibility of mine is to consolidate loads and load trucks.
Production Line Operator
J.R. Simplot Company
05.2023 - 07.2023
I would operate, clean, and manage equipment. A lot of maintaining machines like the blancher, pea line, and other conveyors as well. Due to frequent mechanical malfunctions, I was required to troubleshoot and reconfigure their computer systems.
HVAC Apprentice
Total Energy Management
06.2021 - 10.2021
As an apprentice in the Sheet Metal Trade, I learned how to assemble, install, and seal off both square and spiral duct work. Made use of general hand and power tools. In my time there, I studied how to read blueprints and how to draft materials. I worked on industrial and commercial jobs in the field and spent time in the Fab-shop. A lot of my jobs required me to commute long distances out of town as well.
Material Handler/Forklift Operator
Apollo Heating & Air Conditioning
03.2020 - 06.2021
To list some roles of mine as a material handler, I was in charge of helping the journey men around the site with moving/handling materials; big or small. I would use a forklift to ship any materials to, and from the shop, or even straight to the trailer if needed. I would also consolidate parts that we would ship out. I was also required to insulate square duct. Among other things was to manage, organize, and upkeep the shop daily, ensuring that after a long day’s work, the shop was clean and ready for the next shift.
Warehouse Worker
Autozone
09.2019 - 12.2020
I operated on a stock picker/PIE machine, for replenishments. Since I work in a warehouse that supplies automotive parts and equipment, it required me to lift a lot of heavy or odd shaped merchandise. I served the graveyard shift during my tenure here.
