Studied to become paralegal which helped me develop knowledge of legal procedures, how to write a report, and helped me improve critical thinking skills that are valuable in a law enforcement environment. Extremely experienced in communication and problem solving skills, developed through legal training and working as a Publix employee. At Publix I gained professional experience working as a restocker. It helped me build responsibility, attention to detail, and teamwork while maintaining an organized environment as well as assisting customers in a convenient setting. At Publix I also learned the importance of de-escalating situations when the situation is already escalated.
