• Provided hands-on care and support to individuals with developmental and physical disabilities. Assisted with daily living tasks such as hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders, while encouraging independence and self-confidence. Gained valuable experience in patience, empathy, crisis management, and communication skills, which strengthened my ability to remain calm under pressure. This role taught me the importance of consistency, trust, and genuine human connection.

• Gained hands-on experience in a fast-paced food service environment, handling customer service, food preparation, order accuracy, and cleanliness standards. Worked efficiently as part of a team during high-volume shifts, maintained a positive attitude under pressure, and ensured consistent quality and speed.

This position had me handling money and being responsible for all registers. I learned how to restock and organize supplies. I also dealt with work-related expenses, such as transportation and occasional uniform items. It helped me grow more confident in handling customer service situations and team communication.
