My first department was apparael and i immedietly fitted in,my tasks everyday was to either make the clothes organized and zoned,stock racks and shelves of merchandise, price changes, sometimes on occasion when team leads were out run the department.Throughout my time in apparael i received compliments on how well my area was,nothing on the floor clothes on tables organized and kept up, like my previous job my main goal eveyday was to make the customer happy and serviced in a fast manner. In January of 2024 i decided that i wanted to move to the department of digital shopper, i wanted to expand my skills in a new way. Digital shopper is a department that requires quick knowledge on products to know where they are, fast work ethic in a timely manner whether thats picking products from the work floor, staging orders in the back before there ready to be taken out when the customer has arrived, or unloading the order into the customers car. This department was stressful to people who were uncomfortable in fast paced jobs, not me though i fitted and excelled in this department alot contributing in alot of its end results meaning if picks werent done by this time or an order isnt dispensed if i was there i made sure things were done in a timely manner even if i wasnt told to do so i felt good doing it alot of people slacked off but i just couldnt ever let that be me.

Providing excellent service and doing all my tasks that i was assigned for that day was my main goal everyday. Working here it was my first job and i took it every seriously. Everyday i strived to be better then the day before, achieving my highest was always my number 1 goal making sure my area of work for that day was cleaned and organized and stocked, making customers happy with my fast work ethic was also what i succeeded in.
