• Responsible for inventory, Ordering & Receiving of all products.
• Plan production schedule according to menu items.
• Record daily temperature logs for all refrigeration equipment & all food served whether hot or cold.
• Prepare daily documents production records, Point of sale, Temperature logs.
• Prepare weekly & monthly documents including purchase summary, Inventory valuation report, Monthly meals counts.
• Monitor payroll for staff members.
• Ensure unit & equipment is clean & sanitized.
• Service all students breakfast and lunch meals.
