My experience spans the full project lifecycle, from strategic planning to operational delivery. I have driven technical excellence by introducing industry standards, authoring and chairing national guidelines, and supporting the adoption of innovative engineering solutions. Collaboration is at the heart of my approach: I work closely with operations, commercial teams, and external stakeholders to align engineering outputs with business objectives, optimism resource allocation, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget. Notable achievements include leading the technical development and delivery of large-scale electrification and energy infrastructure projects, managing capital investments up to $20M per project, and providing technical oversight on program's exceeding $1B in value. I have built and sustained partnerships with industry bodies, academic institutions, and government forums, representing both company and sector interests and contributing to national skills and innovation agendas. This is reflected in my most technical presentation at CIRED 2025 -28th Conference and Exhibition on Electricity Distribution Geneva, Switzerland, coordinated by the IET. My commitment to cross-functional collaboration, standardization, and team development positions me to add significant value as Engineering Manager for the UK central region.
