Innovative and motivated individual seeking a sales representative position to embrace new professional and personal challenges. With a positive, can-do attitude, driven to continuously learn, improve, and succeed within the organization. Originally from the Republic of Georgia in Eastern Europe, immigrated to the United States at the age of 18. Despite initially having little knowledge of English, dedicated to success and quickly started learning the language. Journey began with a job at Abercrombie clothing store, but soon realized a desire for more. Applied to Restaurant Nicholas, the number one restaurant in NJ, and was hired as a food runner. From day one, dedication to learning was evident, rapidly progressed to higher positions. Goal is always to succeed in every step of life, so continued to push myself further. Eventually became a Captain, the highest position attainable in the industry aside from a manager. Alongside work, pursued education at Brookdale Community College and later Monmouth University for a Business Management degree. At Nicholas, although not officially titled as a manager, effectively managed section and a team of three to four employees by providing direction and assigning responsibilities. Known for attention to detail and excellent customer service skills, received great online reviews from satisfied clients. Work is not just about making money; it is about striving for excellence and being the best at what I do. Throughout career, gained experience in various types of restaurants and services, including fast-paced bars and airport-style establishments. Serving customers, bartending (one of my favorite roles), and working with diverse professionals have enriched skill set. With a major in Business Management, excel in working with numbers and have a quick-thinking mind that allows me to pick up assignments faster than others.
