I am a passionate and dedicated professional with a solid background as an Education Teacher, graduated in Cuba in 2002. With more than two decades of experience in the educational field, I have expanded my professional horizons in the United States, simultaneously serving as a Case Manager and RBT (Behavior Analysis Technician).
My professional background covers a wide spectrum of responsibilities and interpersonal skills. As an Education Professor in Cuba, I developed and executed curricula tailored to the individual needs of students, fostering an inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
In my current role as a Case Manager, I apply my effective communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate with individuals and families, facilitating access to community resources and needed services. My ability to establish empathetic relationships and work as a team is essential to guide clients towards solutions that improve their quality of life.
Additionally, my experience as an RBT and currently working with children on the Autism spectrum has provided me with a deep understanding of human behavior and strategies to address behavioral challenges. I work closely with children and adults, implementing interventions based on applied behavior analysis to promote social, academic, and independent living skills.
